Who we are FreeRoam is a New Zealand electric scooter company. This policy covers how we handle personal information when you contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or email.

What we collect When you message us, we collect:

  • Your name and message content
  • Your Facebook, Instagram, or email address
  • The date and time of your message

How we use it We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Your messages are reviewed by our customer service team and we may use an AI assistant to help draft replies. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties.

How long we keep it We retain messages for up to 12 months to help us provide consistent support. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@freeroam.co.nz.

Your rights You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at hello@freeroam.co.nz.
